Prizes worth $300 up for grabs
The Hong Kong tennis team take on Kuwait in a three-day Davis Cup match starting today at Victoria Park. Entry to the event is free of charge.
The locals are hoping to qualify for Asia/Oceania Group One and come a step closer to the heady heights of the World Group which includes reigning champions Australia, the United States and other top tennis-playing nations.
In conjunction with the Young Post, The Hong Kong Tennis Association will provide five readers with a free, one-hour coaching lesson to be conducted by one of Hong Kong's top coaches. In addition, 10 lucky readers will each win a tennis merchandise pack worth $300, which includes a T-shirt, windbreaker (coat), watch, cap, towel, socks and pens.
