RACE ONE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,000 METRES
Flying Eagle has displayed progress since his debut on January 10 and looks primed to run well. The turf trial of Star Of Lihlin on January 20 indicated he had above average ability and looked one to keep on the safe side. Royal Exchange impressed on his dirt trial on January 10 and has done well since his debut on New Year's Day. Kimbo Kid looks fit and well and his final 800 metres (57.6) was sterling work. Flying Sprinter's overall work has left the impression he may need the experience.
RACE TWO, RATED 40-15 (C5), 1,200 METRES
Horse Around worked well over 800 metres on the riverside earlier this week when clocking 50.7 seconds. Desert Romeo has been working well in the past month and a better run would not surprise. Peach Blossom worked strongly over 400 metres (23.1) in his final preparatory gallop. He looks in tremendous order. Amour has improved since his trial in early February and a decent performance can be expected.
RACE THREE, RATED 110-85 (C1), 1,200 METRES
Best Luck was most impressive when winning a dirt trial earlier this week and has clearly improved. Move It has displayed potential in his work and trials and looks very fit for his debut. Our Class worked a shade better than Flying Machine in their final gallop over 800 metres (48.8). Key To Success is thriving in his work and has caught the eye in a series of gallops. Sambuca has shown promise in his work and trials and looks a decent prospect.
RACE FOUR, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,400 METRES
Rainbow Diamond put in his best piece of work to date in his final 1,200 metres gallop when clocking 1:23.7 with Robbie Fradd aboard. He looks fit and well. Pretty Trio looks fitter now and his final 800 metres gallop (52.6) was sound work. Kiwi Dash displayed marked progress in his dirt trial on February 13 and looks fitter now. Justinian appears to be maintaining his condition well and has worked in a steady manner recently.
RACE FIVE, RATED 80-60 (C3), 2,200 METRES
Green In Blue has worked better going into this run and has clearly improved in fitness since his local debut. Prize Winner worked strongly over 1,200 metres (1:22.6) in his final gallop and looks fit enough. Monza King worked stylishly over 1,200 metres alongside stablemate Serious Play in his final hit-out. Specific Sorceror looks fit and his general work has been faultless.
RACE SIX, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,600 METRES
Noble Wind has improved in leaps and bounds since his run on February 1 and his final 1,200 metres gallop was excellent work. Lucky Marauding has shown further progress in his work and has performed with promise in a series of gallops. Being Famous worked well on the turf earlier this week when clocking 50.7 over 800 metres. Sweet Smile has shown a little improvement in recent work and looks fitter now.
RACE SEVEN, RATED 120-95 (C1), 1,400 METRES
Super Brose looks back to his best, judging on his last few gallops. He can improve. Cheerful Fortune displayed his usual zest in a dirt trial win on February 10. Shaxi Fortune worked nicely for Glyn Schofield over 1,200 metres in his final gallop (1:28.4) and looks fit. Clement Supreme is fitter and his recent work has been sound.
RACE EIGHT, GROUP ONE, 2,000 METRES
Raider worked magnificently in his final gallop when working with Bullish Luck (800m in 48.6, last 400 in 22.1) and has progressed a good deal since run on January 24. Both horses look very well, indeed. The final 1,200 metres gallop of Elegant Fashion was about as good as she has ever worked, and a top run can be expected. Red Pepper went to the line with a little more in reserve than Industrial Success in their final piece of work. Precision showed a little more enthusiasm in his 1,200 metres gallop earlier this week and looks fit.
RACE NINE, RATED 95-75 (C2), 1,400 METRES
Kiddyland worked promisingly over 800 metres (51.5) in his final gallop and does look in top order. Wyndam Easy continues to work in a superb manner and is taking his racing very well indeed. Dashing Winner has only cantered since his run last week, but has generally been working well. Travel Leader has not impressed in his work and trials and should need the experience. Delightful Win looks fit and well and his final 800 metres was sound work.
RACE TEN, RATED 75-55 (C3), 1,400 METRES
Better Boy worked in a supreme manner over 800 metres in his final gallop (49.7, 22.9), which was arguably his finest piece of work to date. Town Of Fionn exuded class in his final 800 metres gallop with Mick Kinane aboard. He looks in fantastic condition. Champ Dragon has impressed in a couple of trials in recent weeks and looks on target to run very well. Keep On Easy looks very fit, and his final 800 metres (53.6) gallop was sound. Kowloon Star was showing a little more enthusiasm in his work earlier in the season.
