Food for thought: Four Seasons Resort Jimbaran Bay in Bali is offering three- to four-hour classes at its cooking school (HK$700 each), where you can learn some of the secrets that have led to it being named top hotel for food in Bali by Conde Nast Traveler, and third in the world by Travel + Leisure magazine. The school specialises in Balinese and other Indonesian cuisine, using fresh Asian ingredients, including those from its herb and spice garden.
