RACE ONE, GRIFFINS, 1,000 METRES (TURF)


Wonderful Boy has shown promise in his work and trials and looks good enough to win on debut. Smart Champ caught the eye in a turf trial on March 2. He still has plenty to learn but clearly has ability. Multi Millions was never pressured in his turf trial on February 17, but showed above average ability. There is plenty of improvement to come from him. Great Win remains fit and well.


RACE TWO, RATED 55-35 (C4), 1,800 METRES (DIRT)


Show Bravely showed marginal improvement in a Happy Valley trial on February 21. He looks fit and well. Golden Maple has worked well in a series of gallops and is set to give a good account. Made In Hong Kong worked quite well on the riverside on Thursday when clocking 45.3 seconds over 800 metres. Kid Galaxy looks fit and his recent work has been sound.


RACE THREE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,200 METRES (TURF)


Buddies Spirit has displayed marked improvement since his debut on February 11 and he is primed to run very well. Flying Eagle worked strongly over 800 metres in his final gallop (48.4) and may have improved even further. Fuji Sunrise is a smashing type who showed promise in a turf trial at the end of last month. Trophy has worked promisingly in a series of gallops and can improve with the blinkers applied.


RACE FOUR, RATED 40-15 (C5), 1,400 METRES (TURF)


Sparkle has moved well in two trials over the past month and his work in general has been solid. Naomeric Te Specso was given a testing final gallop where he clocked 22.9 in the final 400 metres. Advance Ahead looks fit and well and his work in general has been faultless. Cosmo Star worked nicely on the turf this week and he appears to be holding his condition.


RACE FIVE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,200 METRES (TURF)


Tsunami worked superbly over 800 metres when clocking 51.7. He has improved since his debut and looks fitter. Majestic Feeling has shown plenty of promise in his work and trials and looks good enough to win on debut. Cheerful Sunshine looks a decent prospect who has shown above average ability in work and trials. Hapi Hapi is fitter now and his work since his debut has been sound.


RACE SIX, RATED 75-55 (C3), 1,650 METRES (DIRT)


Tanahmerah won a dirt trial earlier this week and he has never worked better. Holy Quest worked well over 1,200 metres (1.17.6) recently and does look fit and well. Czar Of Prussia continues to show plenty of zest in his work and appears to be in good order. Shining Dragon seems to be holding his condition well and has worked in a steady manner recently.


RACE SEVEN, GROUP 1, 1,000 METRES (TURF)


Multidandy has worked in an awesome manner since his last run on February 7. He was clocked in 44.8 over 800 metres on Wednesday in a scintillating piece of work. Silent Witness worked superbly when jumping out of the gates on Thursday when timed in 21.8 over 400 metres. Super Brose looks fit and well and has worked well in a series of gallops. Figures remains in tip-top condition and his work has also been of high quality.


RACE EIGHT, RATED 90-70 (C2), 2,000 METRES (TURF)


Dash Ahead displayed improvement when winning a turf trial last month. He is fitter now and can improve. Winning Kevin has worked very well since his latest run (February 28) and looks fit and well. Celebration appears to have taken his last run well and his final 800 metres gallop (59.1) was sound. Green In Blue galloped nicely over 1,200 metres in his last couple of fast sessions and a better performance is expected.


RACE NINE, RATED 80-60 (C3), 1,400 METRES (TURF)


Mr Cool has worked very well with the blinkers applied and the gear change is a positive. The World Of Love has worked extremely well in a series of gallops and looks primed to run well. Saint Thomas looks fitter since winning on debut on February 7 and his work has been sound. Swiss Lad is fit and well and has worked in a sterling manner in a series of gallops.


RACE TEN, RATED 110-85 (C1), 1,400 METRES (TURF)


Byron has shown plenty of ability in his work and trials and he must be given plenty of respect on debut. Palette Natural remains in outstanding condition and his work has been excellent. Flying Machine worked very well over 800 metres when timed in 48.0. Himalaya shaped nicely in a turf trial earlier this month and can improve. Bearcat looks fit and his work has been solid. Bobo Win worked nicely on the turf earlier this week and should give a good account.
