The interview took place at Airborne Cafe in Wan Chai. Established in 2001, the cafe offers pasta, cakes and all kinds of coffee and organises private functions.

Angel hair with assorted mushroom ($58)

Rating: 4/5

Tie: This is my favourite pasta. It's pretty tasty with a nice flavour from the herbs. And mushroom is very fresh.

Snow mountain vanilla ($32)

Rating: 3/5

T: The vanilla flavour is not rich enough. I prefer a stronger vanilla flavour for this coffee.

Peach cheese cake ($28)

Rating: 3/5

T: The cheese flavour overpowers the taste from the peach.

Lime mousse cake ($28)

Rating: 4/5

T: I like its lime flavour.

Overall Rating: 3/5

T: The cafe has successfully created a relaxed, countryside atmosphere with its wood decor and soothing background music. However, it is not spacious enough and diners sitting at the adjacent tables may disturb each other. The quality of food and service is average. The price is comparable with that of some franchised cafes.
