'Moon Garden (5 Hoi Ping Rd, Causeway Bay, tel:

2882 6878) is my favourite. It's an ideal place to unwind, especially after a tiring week. It's famous for Chinese tea that can sooth your senses, calm your nerves and refresh your mind. The decor includes handsome carved wooden tables and beautiful paintings. It's similar to an old-time Shanghai tea den. On a quiet weekend, I sit down by myself with a good book, and order some tea. If you want a low cholesterol option (to help balance out the sweet snacks), try Iron Buddha tea or tik guan yum. Moon Garden isn't glamorous, but it's a good place to meet people.'

Karen Yu, of Tsing Yi, wins a $500 dining voucher from new northern Italian restaurant Nove in Central.
