The interview took place at Cafe Royale of the Dynasty Club. The cafe offers both Chinese and western cuisine and is exclusive to members and their guests.

Club sandwiches ($55)

Rating: 3/5

T: Compared with sandwiches from other cafes this one is okay, but not really outstanding. Maybe because they use white bread instead of brown. The French fries are pretty good.

Mango cake ($28)

Rating: 2.5/5

T: It looks very nice, but the mango is too sour. Maybe it is not the best season for mangoes.

Hot tea ($18)

Rating: 3.5/5

T: Average cafes only provide tea bags for tea, making it weak. This tea is pretty strong, like tai pai dong tea.

Hot chocolate ($20)

Rating: 3/5

YP: It's a bit too sweet and the chocolate flavour is not strong enough.

Rating: 3/5

T: The cafe is pretty quiet, plus there is a non-smoking area, which is good for non-smokers like me. Its relaxing atmosphere makes it a good place to chat. The sofas are pretty comfortable too. Their food still needs to be improved, though it is already better than quite a few other cafes.
