Caught out by car park fees
AFTER a pleasant evening with friends at Grand Panorama, 10 Robinson Road, I was dismayed by a demand for $105 when I attempted to drive out of the building's underground car park. There is no sign regarding a fee for visitor's parking.
On close examination, the ticket handed to me on entry did have a date and time stamp, but even if I had noticed it, I would have assumed it was for security reasons.
Is it normal practice for residential blocks to charge for visitor's parking without prior notice? DIANE WILSON Hong Kong
