Four face stock scam charges

Four executives facing bribery and fraud charges in an alleged $6 million stock scam appeared at Eastern Magistracy yesterday.

No pleas were entered, and the case has been adjourned until June 25. (From left) former UBS Securities research analyst Nicholas Tan Chye-seng, former ING Investment Management fund manager Adrian Foo Tiang-hock, former SBI E2-Capital China Holdings director Louis Lin Chak-pui and former Kwong Hing International Holdings executive director Li Man-tak were all granted bail. They are not allowed to leave Hong Kong and had to surrender their travel documents.
