Mr and Mrs Tony Miller take to the dance floor last night during the 36th Anniversary Gala Dinner of the Hong Kong Journalists Association at the InterContinental Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Mr Miller, the permanent secretary for financial services and the treasury, will leave Hong Kong for Geneva later in the summer as permanent representative to the World Trade Organisation.
