He is a paid director of seven companies and has stakes in four. He also owns residential land in Shandong province, and five properties - three in Hong Kong and two in Singapore.

His public offices include chairman of the One Country Two Systems Research Institute and membership of the Honours Committee.

Executive Councillor Andrew Liao Cheung-sing is second on the public office holders' list, with 17 positions, including chairman of the Independent Commission Against Corruption complaints committee and deputy convenor of the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal Panel.

He owns four properties, two in Hong Kong and two in Britain. The councillor and his wife own a company called Bondluck Profits.
