Nude Brazilian a first for actress
with Flora Wu
While Friday nights are also known as 'Fever Nights' (pronounced fee-va') among the locals, nowhere was nearly as hot as it was inside the Kee Club, where Teresa Cheung Siu-wai (below) watched her very first male striptease.
The Brazilian stripper, a birthday gift for visiting Korean designer Jon Wu, entertained a screaming crowd of more than 100 party-goers and almost brought down the house when he pranced around in his birthday suit.
Cheung, looking like a peachy fairy in YSL, had one of the best seats in the house - right behind the birthday boy - and was giggling throughout. She told CitySeen later she was having a great time. 'I'm very happy nowadays,' says Cheung. 'I've watched my first striptease and I'm looking forward to my new career!' She is referring to her movie debut, in Coloured Blossoms, a modern-day art house film produced by Fruit Chan. Premiering on October 20, the movie is scheduled for release in Taipei, Tokyo, Korea and Hong Kong.
