Financial Secretary Henry Tang Ying-yen will lead a delegation to Shanghai this month to explore business opportunities ahead of the 2010 World Expo.

The delegation, organised by the Trade Development Council, will visit the city on September 21 and 22, when it is understood the Shanghai authorities will brief delegates on details of the expo.

With much of the infrastructure work for the 2008 Beijing Olympics already started, the expo will be the biggest project on the mainland in the next few years.
