CitySeen caught up with actress Cathy Chui Chi-kay, who's now dating the son of Lee Shau-kee of the Henderson Group. Chui, who has a degree in economics and has enrolled to do her masters in media and communications in London, talked to CitySeen about the importance of education.

'Going to university is about ... developing time-management skills, facing tough challenges and expanding creativity,' says Chui through perfectly lined lips.

She plans to write a paper on how the media portrays girls. 'It's interesting how girls are portrayed in different countries,' says Chui. 'In London, people think I'm anorexic. When I come back to Hong Kong, the media writes about how I porked up while I was away.'
