Recruits complete their 13-week induction at a passing-out parade at the Immigration Service Training School yesterday at Kowloon Bay.

Some 206 immigration assistant graduates had been selected from more than 18,000 applicants in the Immigration Department's last recruitment exercise.

Nine graduates were presented with 'best-all-round recruit' shields. Executive Councillor Cheng Yiu-tong encouraged the officers to apply their expertise to their work.
