Youth arrested over firecrackers, fire

A 16-year-old was arrested on suspicion of arson near Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon, after the windows of seven flats in On Yat House, Shun On Estate, were shattered by firecrackers. A curtain in one of the flats caught fire at 2am and was quickly put out. Patrolling officers arrested the boy at the building and discovered a lighter on him.
