Borzou Daragahi has been covering the Middle East for the Post since 2002.

He has been travelling in and out of Iraq for more than two years. Born in Iran, he grew up in Chicago and New York and has been a journalist for 10 years. He speaks and reads Farsi, which is related to Arabic.
