In an article appearing on B1 on September 23, 'SFC wins first dual-filing prosecution', we reported on a successful prosecution of Huafeng Textile International Group and its director, Cai Yang Bo, by the Securities and Futures Commission and noted that Huafeng issued a 'fraudulent' announcement on July 25, 2004. This was an incorrect description of the announcement by Huafeng. There was no element of fraud in the SFC's prosecution of Huafeng.
