An attractive salary and enticing fringe benefits are on offer to keen managers with a flair for language and an aptitude for deft marketing and communication at a big-name financial group's Asia office.

One of the world's largest global financial services organisations wants to recruit several employees, ranging from an assistant vice-president of marketing support, and a marketing communication manager, among other roles.

As a member of the Fortune 500, the MassMutual Financial Group is one of the five largest life insurance companies in the United States and has the highest ratings for its financial strength, including triple-A from Standard & Poor's.

Established in 1851, it now services more than 10 million customers worldwide and has more than US$285 billion in assets under management.

In line with the expansion of MassMutual Asia, the group's flagship company in Asia, it is inviting dynamic individuals to join its fast-growing marketing support team. The position of assistant vice-president of marketing support will mean responsibility for the planning and implementation of marketing strategies.

As a result, a degree in marketing, business or communications or - ideally - an MBA is a prerequisite.

More than 12 years' relevant marketing experience, of which at least eight should have been spent in a senior management role, is another necessity, as is a good command of English and Cantonese.
