Cheung Kong Holdings

Hutchison Whampoa, one of Hong Kong’s largest listed companies, is controlled by  Cheung Kong Group, a property company. Hutchison's operations span ports, property and hotels, retailing, power generation and telecommunications. It owns Cheung Kong Infrastructure, and  is headed by Li Ka-shing, Asia’s wealthiest man.

A B1 article on October 21, 'Buyers sniffing around Husky Energy', incorrectly reported the market capitalisation of Toronto-listed Husky Energy. The correct figure as of Friday's market close was C$13.94 billion (HK$87.97 billion), valuing Hutchison's 35.1 per cent stake at C$4.89 billion.
