Legco president Rita Fan Hsu Lai-tai (right) is assisted as she leaves the funeral of her husband.

More than 100 people, including Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa and many senior officials, paid their final respects to Stephen Fan Sheung-tak.

Mrs Fan remained calm during the ceremony but was unable to control her tears when the coffin was brought out to be transported to Cape Collinson where it would be cremated.
