Cars: Three Rolls-Royces. 'A pink Silver Cloud, a gold Phantom 6 and a beige Silver Shadow. We also have a Honda van that seats eight people.'
Homes: Villa D'Oro, a three-storey house in Pokfulam. 'We also have a four-storey holiday home in London.'
Treasured possessions: 'Some imperial jade lamps from Kai-bong's mother. They are treasured family heirlooms.'
Dinnerware: Chinese and European settings designed by Kai-bong. 'They are gold and burnt orange in colour.'
Art: 'Our favourite piece is a big portrait of Brenda that we had commissioned by a Japanese artist. What makes it unusual is it's made out of pearls.'
Most extravagant purchase: 'At a Christie's auction in Geneva, we bought a 220-carat emerald and diamond necklace.'
Watches: Brenda - Cartier; Kai-bong - Vacheron Constantine.
Books: Brenda's favourite is Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte.
Clothes: 'Our style is unique. We choose different materials and get the outfits custom-made in Hong Kong. Two couturiers, Maxi and Guna, make Brenda's clothes.
We get the material from London, Paris and New York.'
Shoes: Brenda - Edwina. 'Ordinary shoes pinch Brenda's feet so she gets hers handmade out of soft leather or sheepskin. She only really wears high heels.'
Favourite DVDs: Gilda with Rita Hayworth and Gone with the Wind.
