A good cause
Anyone who has felt a twinge of guilt about spending thousands of dollars on a scarf, fear not - Hermes can clear your conscience. The celebrated accessories house has created a limited-edition Puzzle scarf ($2,150), proceeds from the sale of which will be donated to Hong Kong-based charity Mother's Choice. Founded in 1987, the charity helps single teenagers and their families deal with unplanned pregnancies. Hermes, whose scarves are favoured by such style icons as the late Audrey Hepburn and Sarah Jessica Parker, hopes the Puzzle design will prove the perfect fit in promoting a charity that tries to help people in troubled times. Available from The Galleria, 9 Queen's Road Central, tel: 2525 5900.
