If the High Court allows a judicial review, it may fix a future date for it and may issue an interim injunction on Link's listing.

If it immediately holds a judicial review and rules in favour of the applicants, the Link listing will be banned.

If it refuses a judicial review, the case is thrown out and the Link listing goes ahead as planned. An appeal within 10 days would be allowed to the Court of Appeal.
