If you're in the market for dining accessories with a difference, check out Phoebe Lentini's stylishly hip range of tableware. The Hong Kong-based American designer, whose products are sold in top-end stores in the United States and Britain, including Barney's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Harvey Nichols, specialises in high-quality silver pieces such as cake knives and pasta servers, many of which incorporate mouth-blown glass. Lentini's Silver Service collection comprises whimsical tea and coffee sets, different sized bowls, trays and small, stackable plates, while the Condiment collection sees delicate spoons featuring botanical motifs in enamelled glass. 'My designs are all to do with entertaining and having fun,' says Lentini. 'Many of the pieces are multi-purpose and can be easily incorporated into the collection of flatware items you already own.' Prices range from $150 for small spoons to $1,800 for large silver trays.
