Enjoyable ride for readers

Stephanie was 12 years old when she wrote The Adventure of Victoria and Snow Princess. The book is a refreshing read for children and parents alike, especially for a young audience during school story times or at birthday parties.

'... That was when trouble began ... Creamy accidentally bumped into Arduo's food bowl ...' Victoria tells her cousins about her most exciting horse-riding adventure, in which she could have turned into a pile of mincemeat.

What happens when a bad-tempered horse backs up slowly while eyeing you all the time? Will it charge? Will a prince on a white horse ride to the rescue?

'I enjoyed writing this story because it features one of my favourite animals - horses,' said the Diocesan Girls' School student, who likes horse riding, reading and springboard diving. 'It is my first published work. I hope people will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.'

The book also includes paintings of Stephanie's favourite animals in Chinese water colours, pencil crayons and acrylic.
