Man of the moment Riccardo Tisci's dark, sensual designs for Givenchy come straight from the heart, writes Jing Zhang.
More than 400 guests got the first glimpse of Swiss watchmaker Leonard's latest collection at a party at Central's Hei Hei Club last month.
Socialites, celebrities and models gathered for the watch show in the newly furnished, disco-lighted lounge. Female models dressed in lingerie and fur paraded around the room, while sporting 22 glittering 'Curve' watches.
Glass display cases positioned around the huge rectangular bar in the middle of the room allowed guests to admire the Swiss-made watches while sipping their drinks.
Chief executive Ricardo Guadalupe flew in from the company's headquarters in Geneva to officially unveil the collection.
After the show, party-goers lounged on chairs lining the walls of the spacious room to savour the canapes in a relaxing atmosphere. They were clearly bubble-lovers - they finished the night having emptied 100 bottles of champagne.
Among the guests were Vanessa Yeung Tsang, Wong Ngao-tai, Wong Chun-chun, Yvette Yuen Yung Wen-wei, Joyce Lee Lok-sze, Ruby Yao Lok-bik and Sheila Chan Suk-lan.
