Mr Yao joins from IBM where he was executive of global services in the Greater China region. He previously served at EDS for 14 years where he departed as managing director of card services for North Asia and Japan.

Mr Bang will spearhead the group's origination efforts for debt and equity transactions in Korea. He was formerly managing director and country head at Barclays, managing director and country executive officer at Bank of America.

Wyatt Choy

Mr Choy is a veteran in shopping centre development, planning and marketing. An asset management strategist, he has more than 27 years' experience in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. He has held senior positions with developers such as Sun Hung Kai Properties, Sino Land and Kerry Properties.

Mr Sebic joins Global Sage's debt and derivatives practice in Japan from the Options Group. He had worked for Hogarth, Davies and Lloyd in Tokyo.

Mr Leung, previously senior vice-president, networks Asia-Pacific, will lead the regional and country strategies for Motorola across the Asia-Pacific region. He will be responsible for implementing strategic account management, marketing and sales plans, and strengthening key relationships.
