Nasa robots
Nasa wants to make robots more friendly and 'human'. Good luck to them is all I can say. This site shows what they are up to. One project is called 'Acquisition of autonomous behaviours by robotic assistants'. Makes one feel all warm and fuzzy, doesn't it?

Walk the walk
From Nasa to the University of Michigan. This robot walks - sort of - like a human. Very odd but the visual is rather nice. Don't know if I like that huge thing sticking out its side, though.

Slick move
The next time you feel like throwing your computer in the river, think again. Maybe you could just throw it in a tank of oil and when your keyboard rage has passed, pick it up and use it again.

Pay up or Toby is toast
This site has to be one of the sickest scams in a long time. Toby is a 'cute' little bunny but its owner will eat him on June 30, 2005 unless you - the online user - pay up. He wants US$50,000 or Toby is toast. If you ask me, that money could be better spent taking out one sick human.

What a King! Tut, tut
It seems only right that we should end with a CT scan of a king who died a few thousand years ago. It looks as if King Tutankhamen may not have been murdered. Modern science solves the puzzle.
