IT integration conference

Hong Kong Baptist University will host the first international conference and exhibition on information technology (IT) integration in teaching and learning next month.


The conference, to be held from June 2 to 4 at the Convention and Exhibition Centre, is designed for educators, IT researchers and practitioners.


Speakers include representatives from the International Federation of Information Processing, University of Hawaii, The University of Hong Kong, as well as Yip Chee-tim, principal of Pui Ching Middle School.


The latest IT products which facilitate teaching and learning will be on display on June 2 and 3.


There will be a free pre-conference seminar for school principals and teachers on June 1. Topics include how to alert students to online criminals, campus security, e-tutorials and mobile management systems for schools.
