Punters can cash in on Ferraris's talented Surprise

The Derby winning combination of David Ferraris and Anthony Delpech has an excellent chance to score back-to-back wins with Cash Surprise tomorrow at Happy Valley.

The progressive stayer proved far too good for the bottom grade on his first attempt over the course and distance on June 8 and leaves the impression he can rise through the ranks.

He will need a touch of luck from a wide gate but Delpech has plenty of time to position him well with over a circuit to travel.

He has the class and makes plenty of appeal as a banker material in the opening leg of the Triple Trio.

Cupid was gallant in defeat when finishing second to Cash Surprise last time and based on that performance must be given a good chance to figure in the finish once again.

Out Of My Way is a little inconsistent but has placed over the course and distance and is one to consider, along with Spectacular Hit, who is a multiple winner over 2,200m at Happy Valley.

The best option for a banker in the middle pin is Armondo, who showed a return to form on his last start when finishing third to Czar Of Prussia over the Valley mile.

He is well handicapped and should figure in the finish.

Add The Fun found the drop back to the minimum trip far too short for his liking last outing and his form prior to that over the Valley mile was decent. He is well drawn in gate one and must be added to the shortlist.

Always Zieten has a good record over the course and distance and has place claims.

Asset Play might prove hard to catch out on the lead, but a better option is probably Sir Octavius, who had the blinkers applied for the first time and should get the run of the race from gate two.

The logical choice for a banker in the final leg is Military Option, who narrowly failed to win on his last start with the blinkers on for the first time. He should relish the return to the city venue and from gate four has every chance to notch another win over his pet trip.

Capitaland is holding his form well recently and is competitively weighted.

Enchanted will need his share of luck from a wide gate but there is little doubt he has the ability to prove competitive in this contest and must be kept safe.

Speeding Molly cannot be denied a place chance, given his strong form of late, while much the same applies for Shabu Shabu.

The best banker option in the third event is Golden Win, who has made a positive impression in two starts and caught the eye in a recent all-weather barrier trial.

Champ De Union always has a chance of hitting the frame over the sprint distances, while Kimbo Kid ran well in defeat last time and must be kept safe. Glory Years was caught wide last outing and the run was better than the bare facts suggest.
