The auditor for suspended television maker Skyworth Digital Holdings has given the firm a qualified opinion on its interim report because of incomplete information.
'We have not obtained all the information and explanations we considered necessary,' the auditor wrote in remarks included in Skyworth's interim results announcement yesterday.
Skyworth, whose former chairman has been charged with misappropriating $48 million, has had its shares suspended from trading since November 30 last year.

The firm reported its taxed profit for the six months to September last year surged 130.86 per cent to $187 million.
