Mr Meyknecht joined the hotel group in 2002 as general manager of the Marco Polo Omni Saigon. His career spans more than 20 years. He will work with the group's head office to prepare for the pre-opening of the 391-room, five-star Marco Polo Hotel in Shenzhen.

Mr Ma served as manager of member services in Taipei before transferring to Hong Kong in 2003 to take on a larger, sub-regional role.
