Leasing officer role requires passion and sense of style
Shama, a provider of boutique serviced apartments, is looking for a leasing officer with professionalism and a sense of style.

The new leasing officer will be responsible for handling all aspects regarding new lettings and renewals, so related property experience is preferred. Basic legal knowledge is an advantage. The position also involves making a lot of phone calls, sending e-mails and correspondence, so excellent written and spoken Chinese and English is a prerequisite.
'It is also vital that candidates have good interpersonal skills and be motivated and able to work under pressure,' Ms Siqueira said.
The job requires time at the computer doing research, taking reservations and preparing presentations, so sound computer skills are a must.
Ms Siqueira said that strong negotiation skills were needed, and experience in negotiation and liaison with tenants from all backgrounds would be an advantage.
'We are seeking a mature well-travelled individual with an understanding of cultural diversity and relocation requirements, and with the initiative to think outside the box,' Ms Siqueira said.
The two key qualities required for the position are patience and a positive service attitude.
'This is a customer relations management position with a strong property knowledge base. The new leasing officer will constantly be handling requests and reservations and the person has to be able to handle themselves professionally and appropriately.
'We are looking for candidates with an overwhelming personality and killer service instincts,' said Ms Siqueira.
