Built with a 30-gigabyte hard disk drive, the SSF-M30i - also known as iStation - is the latest portable multimedia player from JNC. The device comes with a 3.5-inch liquid crystal display, touch-screen interface, FM radio, digital voice recording, built-in speaker, electronic dictionary and infrared remote control, when used with a television. It measures 123 x 76.8 x 21.5 mm and weighs 246 grams, including rechargeable battery. It delivers six hours of video playback or 10 hours of audio playback per full charge of its detachable lithium polymer battery. It can also achieve a maximum of 320 hours MP3 recording time. Priced at $3,990, the Korean-made SSF-M30i is being released in Hong Kong by Datum Networks, the technology arm of Denmark-based multinational MF Jebsen Group.
