evacuation Helipad to be built on lamma island

The government plans to construct a helipad for medical evacuation and a road for emergency vehicles at Yung Shue Wan, Lamma Island. The works, which will affect 2,527 square metres of foreshore and seabed, are scheduled to start next April. Anyone who has an interest, right or easement in or over the foreshore and seabed involved may send a written objection to the Director of Lands, 20/F North Point Government Offices by November 23, 2005.
