Don't let stress and anger ruin your friendships
Do you ever get angry with your friends just because you are stressed?
This is something we should try to avoid. Friends encourage us and support us, and life would be lonely and dull without them.
We should restrain ourselves from losing our temper when we are with friends, as being aggressive may strain the friendship.
Try to stay calm and tell them how you are feeling.

Thanks for your letter, Delphine. Stress can bring out the worst in people. It also weakens your immune system and can make you feel tired all the time.
It is important to find ways of relaxing.
As you say, explaining how you feel to your friends will also help. If they care for you, they will understand that, sometimes, you get angry. No one is perfect.
But we should always try our best to stay calm and treat others with respect.
