The grandson of the founder of Liu Chong Hing Bank was arrested for drink-driving yesterday after crashing his sports car near Repulse Bay.

The black two-seater Mercedes-Benz driven by 28-year-old Liu Wai-lun collided with a taxi on Repulse Bay Road shortly before midnight on Monday.

'The vehicle was going downhill when it went across to the opposite lane and collided with the oncoming taxi,' a police spokeswoman said yesterday.
