Badly behaved bus passengers

I LIVE in Ma On Shan. Every morning, I go to school by bus and am appalled by the behaviour of some passengers. Hong Kong is supposed to be a sophisticated city. Most of its citizens have been educated, but their behaviour is awful.

Many of them do not queue up, nor do they respect the elderly. Whenever a bus comes, they all try to get on the bus at once, in order to get a seat. They don't care about other people. Moreover, when they get on the bus, they occupy more space than they should. Some of them stand in front of the exit, because no one wants to stand at the back of the bus. This causes overcrowding at the front of the bus. The Kowloon Motor Bus Company should employ more station captains to control the crowd. Also passengersshould show more self-discipline.
