Second-rate production

CONGRATULATIONS to TVB for their outstanding coverage of the 40th Macau Grand Prix, not.

The Nicam coverage in English was disgraceful, not only was it simply unavailable for the most part, was amateurish and uninformative when Murray Walker was away from the microphone, four to five hours of the theme to St Elmo's Fire was enough to drive anybody to suicide.

The climax to this second-rate production was two to three laps from the end second leg of the F3 race, they broke to commercials and upon returning to the racing, English viewers were left with mono or stereo, no multi-lingual choice. My advice to TVB is this, if you can't do it properly don't do it at all.

The cost of my Nicam decoder could have been put towards a Satellite dish.
