Space travel will grow in the coming 10 years. Sending man into space is not a big challenge nowadays, the main question is money. More and more rich people will take a trip to space. They won't get as far as the moon, but they will get a great view of our planet. They might even have a choice between going by space shuttle or rocket.

I think the main target will be Mars. With more and more research, scientists will have a better understanding of the planet. More resources will be put into sending astronauts to Mars. However, I don't this will happen within 10 years. There are a lot of problems to be overcome, such as how to survive the heavy radiation and toxic soil. These will be problems to solve in the next 10 years.

With more and more talent serving the industry, space technology will advance at a faster rate than ever before.

St Catharine's School for Girls In the next 10 years man might stand on Mars and send us a joke back to Earth using radio signals. Although Nasa's spacecraft Beagle 2 lost touch with Earth, landing on Mars was a great step forward. I think man will send another craft to Mars in the next 10 years, if we don't get there ourselves.
