We shall not forget them
I REFER to Maria Ratcliffe's complaint about insensitive behaviour at the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday (South China Morning Post, November 19).
The Cenotaph is opened on Remembrance Sunday to allow members of the public to pay their respects and lay wreaths.
Our staff were on patrol duty that day, but they did not notice any misbehaviour.
However, Ms Ratcliffe's sentiments have been noted, and we shall continue to endeavour to keep the Cenotaph a solemn and respectful place, particularly on Remembrance Day.
