Calling all desperate housewives and ladies at large; Nick Nardella (right) is available. The project co-ordinator at the Canadian Chamber is one of the 15 guys up for grabs tonight at a bachelor auction dinner at the Conrad Hotel celebrating International Women's Day. Funds raised will go to SoulTalk, a support network for women in relationship crises.
Nick, who volunteered to be ogled and wolf-whistled by packs of well-heeled women, has six summers under his belt as a lumberjack. So his introduction will be: 'His body is as hard as the wood he once cut.' But he will ditch his axe for the 60 seconds given to each bachelor to demonstrate some 'talent' on the catwalk, instead dancing to the tune I'm Too Sexy. 'I didn't choose the music,' he says. 'But I will dance because dancing is my passion ... Actually, it isn't. But I possess no other skill.'
And what will he do with the lucky lady with the winning bid? 'I don't kiss and tell.'
