CAN the Cross-Harbour Tunnel Company enlighten your readers as to how many Autopasses have been issued so far, and can it justify why two lanes are reserved for use by the subscribers? One can see how terribly congested the toll booths are during rush hours. To reserve two lanes for a minority of tunnel users only makes the situation unbearable. Is the company trying to use an unfair tactic to force drivers to subscribe to Autopass? Doconsumers who do not want to pay the extra $20 per month really have a choice? H. SOO Kowloon
