Form Five and Form Seven students must be very busy these days preparing for the public exams. But what are they going to do during the long holiday that follows?

I think many teenagers will try to find a job. This is much more meaningful than watching TV or playing computer games all day long. It will give them an opportunity to develop different skills.

They can learn to be polite and hardworking and also improve their communication skills.

But they should also spend time with their family and study a little. It's important to have a balanced life during the summer holiday.

Thanks for your letter, Lok-chun. If you are looking for something productive to do over the summer, why not join the Young Post Summer Challenge?

Each summer we encourage students to set a goal for the holidays - it could be learning a sport, a language or a musical instrument. And then we track their progress on a weekly basis.

Last summer we followed a teenager who wanted to learn about astronomy and another who wanted to get fit.

The Summer Challenge is open to all - if you would like to join, e-mail
