Dressed in red velvet and grey wigs, 250 children are led through works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at Maritime Square in Tsing Yi yesterday to celebrate the composer's 250th birthday. Among those attending were Austrian consul-general Maria Moya-Gotsch and representatives of the Austrian government. Austria has organised activities throughout the year to commemorate Mozart, who was born on January 27, 1756. Another performance will be held at the mall today.
