Budding property investors with an eye on overseas markets will no doubt have heard about the Dubai Marina, a huge waterfront location in the United Arab Emirates.

The city-within-a-city is tipped to become one of the most desirable residences in the world. This weekend CB Richard Ellis will be marketing the Infinity Tower in Hong Kong, which at 80 storeys will stand higher than its neighbours and with a 90-degree twist promises to provide an architectural talking point. The residential building is opposite the Grosvenor House at the beginning of the Marina, which according to the agent is one of the most sought-after locations along the waterfront with views of Palm Island, the Arabian Gulf and the Marina.

The Infinity exhibition will be held at the JW Marriott Hotel today and tomorrow from 10am to 7pm.
