Mr Barker will advise the firm on international finance transactions, banking and asset finance transactions and restructuring for clients needing guidance on companies in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands. He has more than 16 years of legal experience. He previously worked with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hong Kong, where he was a partner and headed the Asian restructuring and insolvency practice.

Mr McAuliffe specialises in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work. He is also the head of the firm's communications, media and technology practice in Hong Kong. Mr McAuliffe regularly works on the company's regional issues with its other Asian offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok and Singapore. He worked in the firm's London office before moving to Hong Kong in 2001.

Previously, Mr To worked with Atkins China and at DNV Technology Services. He also has extensive experience in the energy industry.

Mr Wong will oversee internal development and business expansion of the company's operations in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Taipei and Hong Kong. He will identify other expansion opportunities in the Greater China market. Mr Wong has about 25 years of marketing and administration experience with multinationals in China and abroad. He previously worked with Yum Brands.

Mr To has more than 18 years of working experience with international accounting firms and commercial organisations. He has extensively advised clients on tax and operation issues related to their investments in China. Mr To is also experienced in serving clients engaged in a variety of businesses, including insurance, procurement of products, trading, construction, manufacturing, media and information technology.
