Located on the waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, the Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel is hiring a new pastry chef to replace its much-admired outgoing French chef. Therefore, expectations are high and this is the chance to make a mark by supervising and motivating a team of 12 chefs to plan and develop quality cuisine.
