Douglas McLachlin

Mr McLachlin will be responsible for the company's project management and environmental business. He has more than 20 years of experience in a range of project management assignments and solid-waste management projects. Mr McLachlin joined the firm in 1997. He has been based in the company's Shanghai office since 2004 and been involved in projects such as WENT Landfill and Pillar Point Landfill Extension.

Olivier Arzel

Chief executive, Asia-Pacific


Mr Arzel will be responsible for the company's operations in the Asia-Pacific region (except Japan and India). He will also manage four subsidiaries of the firm in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Australia. Before joining the firm, Mr Arzel was based in Hong Kong where he was managing director for Lancel Asia Pacific and led the company's brand development for domestic and duty-free markets.

Paul Chu Ka-lok

Mr Chu manages the firm's Shenzhen office and is deputy general manager for the Jiangsu Scott Wilson Engineering Consultancy. He has more than 25 years of experience in project management, design and contract administration of highways, railways and infrastructure development projects. In the mainland, he managed expressway design and landscape projects and business development initiatives in the railway sector.

Brenda Wilson

Principal, workforce strategies, Greater China

Mercer Human Resource Consulting

Ms Wilson will be responsible for helping clients in Greater China in the areas of workforce strategies and organisation development. She has more than 14 years of experience in talent management, organisation development, performance management systems, attraction and retention, leadership development and assessment and workforce architecture.

Roshan Mendis

Director of supplier relations & partnerships


Mr Mendis will be responsible for managing and developing Zuji's travel partner network, managing hotel, airline and other supplier relationships in the Asia-Pacific region. He will also oversee customer relationship management strategy and advertising and sales relationships. Mr Mendis will also lead the company's entry into India. He will be based in the online travel firm's Singapore headquarters.

Iain Johnson

Director, fixed income & investment solutions

AXA Investment Managers

Mr Johnson, whose focus is to bring AXA's products to institutional clients and distributors in Asia, works closely with the company's fixed income franchises and AXA investment solutions. Previously, he worked for Deutsche Bank in Singapore. He has also worked for clients in the mainland, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and India.

Kimberley Spear

Director of strategic planning and corporate communications

Ketchum Newscan Beijing

Ms Spear will support Ketchum's multinational clients at a strategic level and help to develop the client servicing team in Beijing. In the past six years, she has worked in Thailand, Singapore and New Zealand, leading communications accounts for multinationals and blue-chip companies. Ms Spear was previously a senior consultant with the Baldwin Boyle Group in Singapore.
